Eligibility checklist
✓Operator runs a verified ride-hailing or PSV business (taxi / boda / matatu).
✓Minimum 6 months of trip telemetry from Uber / Bolt / Little / a SACCO clerk.
✓NTSA-issued PSV badges for matatu fleets.
Required documents
NTSA log-book(s) or commercial registration.
Trip statement, last 6 months.
SACCO route licence (matatu only).
KRA PIN certificate.
