Dispute an incorrect listing with Metropol or TransUnion. We will facilitate resolution within 21 days as required by CBK Consumer Protection Guidelines §14.
1. Submit dispute
Provide the bureau, listing reference, and reason for dispute.
2. Situ forwards to bureau
Within 5 business days of submission.
3. Bureau review
Metropol/TransUnion have up to 21 days to investigate and respond.
4. Resolution
If upheld, the listing is removed or corrected. You receive an updated CRB statement.
